The Heartfulness Project in Colchester

We will be running our first Colchester Heartfulness Project starting Tuesday 9th October 2018. 

 

This mind body integrative program is open to anyone interested in promoting thier health and wellbeing and brings together elements of gentle movement, meditations, self-care and creativity.

The course will be held at the Friend's Meeting House in Colchester and run on Tuesday afternoons from 1.30pm - 4.30pm with a 20min tea break.
